Day 1 :

Arusha – Artistic Beginnings

Your trip starts in Arusha with a visit to Arusha’s renowned art galleries, such as the Cultural Heritage Centre or Shanga Art House. This art galleries showcase beautiful African artwork from bold paintings and sculptures to intricate beadwork and carvings. You can even meet local artists and watch them in action. Enjoy a leisurely dinner at your hotel and get a good night's sleep before your island adventure begins.

Day 2 :

Fly To Zanzibar – Explore Stone Town

After enjoying your breakfast, your driver will transfer to the airport and catch a flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you'll head straight into the historic heart of the island: Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its winding alleys, coral stone buildings, and carved wooden doors. A guided walking tour will take you to landmarks like the Old Fort, House of Wonders, Freddie Mercury’s birthplace, and the colorful Darajani Market. Along the way, enjoy local stories, sample street snacks, and take in the enchanting blend of African, Arab, and European influences. In the evening, catch the sunset from the Forodhani Gardens and enjoy a local seafood dinner by the ocean.

Day 3 :

Stone Town To Nungwi

After a leisurely breakfast, travel north to the serene beaches of Nungwi. Along the way, you can opt for a visit to a spice plantation, where you’ll learn about Zanzibar’s fragrant legacy as the “Spice Island.” Wander through aromatic spice farms and learn about cloves, vanilla, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, and other tropical treasures. Taste fresh fruits straight from the trees and enjoy a Swahili-style lunch on the farm.

Continue to Nungwi and check in to your beachfront resort. The afternoon is yours to relax by the turquoise sea or stroll along the beach as the sun begins to set. Arrive in Nungwi in time to dip your toes in the turquoise water and catch a dreamy Indian Ocean sunset

Day 4 & 5

Pure Beach Bliss in Nungwi

These two days are all about enjoying paradise at your own pace. Nungwi is known for its calm, clear waters and white sandy beaches—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and soaking up the island vibes. You can choose to just unwind or dive into optional activities like:

  • Snorkeling or scuba diving at Mnemba Atoll
  • Sailing on a traditional dhow boat at sunset
  • Visiting local turtle sanctuaries
  • Indulging in a beachside massage or yoga session
  • Sampling fresh seafood and cocktails by the shore

Day 6 :

Return To Arusha
