This 15-day Kenya wildlife safari offers an unforgettable journey through Kenya’s most iconic safari destinations, combining spectacular landscapes, diverse wildlife, and authentic cultural encounters.
The adventure begins in Nairobi before heading north to the rugged wilderness of Samburu National Reserve, home to the famous Samburu Special Five. Continue to the renowned Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a leading wildlife sanctuary protecting endangered rhinos and chimpanzees.
Your safari continues to Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos and rhino sanctuary, before exploring the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations and home to the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration.
The journey then leads to the beautiful freshwater lake of Lake Naivasha, followed by the elephant paradise of Amboseli National Park, where wildlife roams beneath the towering presence of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Finally, the safari concludes in the vast wilderness of Tsavo West National Park, famous for its volcanic landscapes, lava flows, and crystal-clear springs.

Day 1 – Welcome to Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Travels with Kip guide and transferred to your hotel.
After check-in, enjoy a relaxed evening exploring Nairobi’s vibrant dining scene. Your guide will take you to a local restaurant where you will enjoy traditional Kenyan dishes such as samosas, tilapia, and flavourful sharing platters.

Day 2 – Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, depart for the spectacular Samburu National Reserve, located north of the equator in Kenya’s remote northern frontier.
Samburu’s dramatic landscapes feature rugged hills, open savannah, and the life-giving Ewaso Nyiro River, which attracts abundant wildlife.
After lunch at the lodge, enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of the famous Samburu Special Five:

Day 3 – Explore Samburu National Reserve

Day 4 – Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, travel south toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located near the foothills of Mount Kenya.

Day 5 – Explore Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Game drives may reveal lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and many other species.

Day 6 – Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park
Drive through the spectacular Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its birdlife and rhino sanctuary.

Day 7 – Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Arrive at your safari camp in time for dinner.
