Kenya’s capital city, Nairobi is one of the largest and most influential cities in Africa, an important commercial and financial regional hub.
The only city in the world with a national park on its doorstep, Nairobi is the hub of East Africa and is packed with unique attractions, from bustling markets to fascinating historical sites such as the Karen Blixen Museum.
Named after a Maasai watering hole, ‘enkare nyarobi’, which means ‘place of cool waters’, the city is also known for its leafy streets and parks. A modern city with towering skyscrapers and imposing architecture, Nairobi also boasts a beautiful skyline.

In the early morning, you will be picked up from your hotel by your safari guide for a tour of the Nairobi National Park, your will enjoy most of the morning exploring the best of Nairobi and after lunch a relaxation time at the hotel to get you ready for the start of safari the next day.

Located in Nakuru County, Lake Naivasha is a large freshwater lake which sits just outside the town of Naivasha. Situated at an elevation of 1,884m, Lake Naivasha is the highest lake within the Great Rift Valley.
With a surface area of 139km², Lake Naivasha dominates the landscape, and it is surrounded by a swamp which covers an area of around 64km². Beyond the swampland, the lake is encircled by forests of the fever tree.
After Breakfast, we depart for Lake Naivasha, our drive today is approximately 4 Hours with a stop at the great rift valley viewpoint. We arrive at our Camp on time for lunch and have the afternoon to explore.

Situated in the southwest of Kenya, covering an area of 1,510 square km (583 square miles), the Masai Mara National Reserve is a land of breathtaking vistas, abundant wildlife, and endless plains.
The quintessential Masai Mara safari delivers many attractions, as the reserve is home to an excellent year-round concentration of game, including the more than two million wildebeest, zebras and other antelopes that make up the famous Great Migration.
The reserve is a photographer’s and naturalist’s paradise, with abundant elephants, buffalo, giraffe, lion and cheetah alongside the migratory wildebeest and zebra. Leopards are frequently encountered; endangered black rhino hide in the dense thickets and large rafts of hippo and enormous crocodiles are found in the Mara River. The park is also home to over 450 bird species.
After Breakfast, we will bid our Maasai family goodbye and head back on the road for approximately an hour to Maasai mara National Reserve, we will embark on a short game drive and as we head towards our camp. Arrive at camp on time for lunch, later at 0400pm we will embark on an evening game drive till dusk.

The Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest intact caldera in the world. Some maintain that before it erupted, it would have been higher than Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.
Today, long since having collapsed and eroded, it is an extensive highland area with the famous 600 m deep Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Nearly three million years old, the ancient caldera shelters one of the most beautiful wildlife havens on earth.
After Breakfast, we will embark on a short game drive within the Serengeti plains as we drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Drive into the floor of the crater for the midday and evening game drive and drive to Karatu for the overnight.

Zanzibar is an island steeped in culture and history – a destination which brought adventurers, seafarers and traders from far and wide. The Zanzibar archipelago is set in the Indian Ocean and made up of the larger islands of Pemba and Unguja (also called Zanzibar Island). Zanzibar is also known as the ‘Spice Island’ due to the delicious variety of spices grown on the island’s many plantations.
Stone Town, a World Heritage Site, boasts a labyrinth of winding alleys, bustling marketplaces, beautifully carved wooden doors, breathtaking mosques, and grand Arab residences. Another must-see attraction on Zanzibar includes the Jozani Forest Reserve – home to the rare Kirk’s red colobus monkey and Aders’ duiker. Off the north-eastern coast of Zanzibar is Mnemba Island – an idyllic private island featuring luxurious accommodation, breathtaking scenery, and rich marine diversity.
After arrival in Zanzibar, you will be transferred to your hotel. Stone Town is a fascinating maze of narrow streets and alleyways which lead your past numerous old houses and mosques, ornate palaces, shops and bazaars, and the slave quarters next to the Anglican Church. This afternoon, you will be picked by your local guide and head out for the city tour which will take approximately 2 hours visiting the ruins and learning more about Zanzibar history.

Enjoy a full day at the beach. For those still feeling dust-clogged after their safari, relaxing on one of the many pristine beaches for a few days is a fine antidote. Activities available a la carte include scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kite surfing, Dhow cruises, reef trips and, of course, relaxing and sunbathing!
After breakfast, undertake a spice tour to stimulate your senses. Over the centuries spices such as cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, and many other spices made Zanzibar an international trading center. The tour also includes a local lunch and after a transfer to the North Coast of Zanzibar for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
